Unfortunately, your claim is past any conceivable statute of limitations period.  Sometimes, however, the running of the statute of limitations can be tolled (suspended for a period of time), including in the case of mental incapacity.  In order to prove mental incapacity, you would have to prove that you were incapable of caring for your property, transacting business, or understanding the nature or effects of your acts.

So, if you could get a psychologist or psychiatrist to testify that they have been treating you all these years and that, in their expert opinion, you were incapable of caring for your property, or transacting business, or understanding the nature or effects of your acts, then you might still have a valid claim.
