I want to know if the aggressive daughter of my tenant who's not on the lease, but fake her address at my tenant's (tenant told me but I have no proof, only our conversation) for parole officer. How can I expose this or notify her parole officer to investigate this? If she lie, would her parole be revoked? This is California.

Yes fraud on the court included lying to a probation officer about relevant information such as where one lives.  A person can inform probation by contacting the department and asking to speak to that person’s P.O. and explaining the issue.

Do P.O do unannounced checks? Tenant told me they put her clothes there so when P.O come they can just say she was out, then text her that P.O came so she can come from wherever she was at. It's just my words against the daughter...I need her to be back to jail because when I go to collect the rent, she screamed, shouted, followed, charged at me at tenant's when tenant gave me consent to go to her home to collect rent. I wish I had this in text or recording, but her mom just randomly chatted with me, so I have no proof.

I guess if I show the lease that is supposed to be only the mother living there, any other than her need landlord's approval, so this can show that IF parolee does live there, it's breach of contract, does this help P.O to determine she lied?

Yes that can help prove the statements were false.  A PO can do unannounced checks but that is not common.
