Has you seen her defecating? Is she able to poop and is it pretty normal?
Is she one that eats a lot of stuff that she shouldn't? Like chews toys or bedding or anything?
You can try a dose of Pepcid AC to help with the nausea, but with her not even being able to keep water down, she is at a really high risk of dehydration and continued decline. I would suggest a vet visit with her as soon as you can get her in. How much does she weigh?

I would her ONE 10 mg tab of the Pepcid and I would give that dry, so just open her mouth, put it to the back of her throat and then hold her mouth shut until she swallows. I would then wait at least an hour before trying to get her to drink anything. I would try just some chicken broth (no garlic or onions) with just a small bit of cooked white rice in it and see if she is able to keep that down with the Pepcid on board. Has she had any diet changes or human food or anything like that before this vomiting started?
But nothing that preceeded this episode that you can think of? Does she have any underlying health issues?
Okay, well I would try the Pepcid tonight and see if that helps, but if she is still vomiting in the morning I would get her into her regular vet for an exam and some blood work.
Yes, that is possible, but it is hard to know if she is just constipated or if she has something more serious going on like an intestinal obstruction. It is also really hard to treat a constipation if she is vomiting, there is not a lot we can do at home in a case like this if they can't keep fluids or medications down.

You can give her 1000 mg.
