I respectfully ***** ***** is false information.
I was not working nor did I earn wages of $155.35 during 8/23/20 to 8/29/20.
I contacted the former employer about this and he told me that the company was not yet opened during that week due to covid-19.However, I did work at BICK company in October 2020. The paycheck of $66.92 was issued to me on 10/21/20
that was the first paycheck I got from the Bick company ever since I filed Unemployment Insurance.
And I sure did declair the earning of $66.92 on weekly certification.
The company do direct deposit to employee's bank account and I attached my bank statement as evidence.I respectfully ***** ***** the notice of determination stated I earned$118.58 BEGINNING 10/03/20 AND ENDING 10/09/20 (01 WEEKS)
$276.69 EACH WEEK BEGINNING 10/10/20 AND ENDING 11/28/20 (08 WEEKS)
$276.69 BEGINNING 12/05/20 AND ENDING 12/11/20 (01 WEEKS)
$276.69 BEGINNING 12/12/20 AND ENDING 12/26/20 (03 WEEKS)
$197.64 BEGINNING 01/02/21 AND ENDING 01/08/21 (01 WEEKS)FROM 0000I was not working there and did not gain any earnings during those weeks.
I did contact the former employer and they confirmed that there was an error.
The company mistakenly issued a check under my name.
He could be my witness of me that I did not work or gain earning during all those weeks.
For more information, you can contact him by email 0000I tried to prove that I was not working nor did I gain any earnings but I did not know many ways to prove.
Only thing I could do was checking through my bank statements or contacting the former employer.
I did not willfully make false statemnet to EDD. I believe there were some errors regarding my case.
Please gracefully consider my appeal letter.I truly appreciate your considertaion of my appeal. If you have any questions, please contact me by phone at

Yes, you would absolutely want to mention that. Also, remove the capital letters section. Just write it all out.
