I am sorry to hear that. Unforuantely, I think the only way to get your account reset fi the manual reset is not working is to contact them. A lawyer woudl not really be able to help on that front. so either call, email, or try to contact them on Twitter to get some help with your account.

Thanks so much for helping, maybe Iwill directly and personally to the bank , to try to arrangement this issue, I think problem is due Iam on BBVA. USA Bank , and past October 8th has changed to PNC bank
