He was my dads friends, friends son and when dad was poorly we ‘sold’ him all furniture in the house. I have messages advising him the whole house should then be empty ready for sale. It has cost me nearly £1000 getting it cleared and ready for sale again. He left food in cupboards and the freezer and then tried telling me it was all my dads ‘stuff’, even though dad hadn’t lived there for over a year. Dad sadly passed away in April

What is the best way to go about starting a small claim then? Do I just submit the receipts and send them to him?
