My mom is the last sibling from my grandparents and the property has no will And my mom is 95 years old and I have power of attorney so I was trying to get our names on the property and they told me I have to go through probate how do I handle that

Oh geez.

As her POA, you can file the Estate in Probate Court on her behalf.

You will have to convince the Court to accept the filing after all these years.

However, if other siblings were alive then, their descendants may share in any award of the property.

I strongly urge that you seek the assistance of local counsel.
